Tai Kobain is a R&B vocalist, producer, and hopeful leader in music from Fort Greene, Brooklyn. His sound is like any semblance of Bryson Tiller with influences from Michael Jackson, Prince, and The-Dream. His energy for music is not out of the ordinary his Trinidadian familial including his dad, maternal granddad, and paternal granddad all had very evolved music professions.
Tai has had his goal set on the music business since he was six-year-old. In 2010 he released his first single being She “Bad” on Soundcloud. In June 2021, he released his first EP, Thru The Pain that put together by his own record mark, Le Roi Recordings LLC. On this self-curated project, Tai isn’t hesitant to be crude and powerless, and his authenticity is being rewarded with his first visual getting over seventeen-thousand views.
In his latest single, “Sneaky Links” Tai muses about his girl for the night and how she is beautiful and ready for a promiscuous night out. Tai Kobain’s vocals over the chill trap beat paints a picture of a one-night stand with a taken woman. Tai is the other man, but he cannot pass up this opportunity. This track is perfect for the city boys and all the ladies living a hot girl summer.
