Quavo has opened the rollout for his forthcoming solo album SATCHAMO with a four-song release and a tribute to his late nephew and Migos groupmate, Takeoff. On November 4, 2026, he released “Watuhname,” “One Hit Away,” “Pop It Hard” and “Trapaline,” each with an official video. The songs were presented together as the “Satchamo Warehouse” drop.
The release followed a trailer shared on November 3. Featuring previously recorded Takeoff vocals and an image of a rocket ship launching into space, the clip places a memorial element at the center of the album campaign. Quavo has not announced a release date for SATCHAMO.
Four tracks arrive as one drop
The four songs give the rollout a substantial first set of new material. Each track arrived with its own official video, creating a coordinated release across music and visuals rather than a single-song preview.
The titles are “Watuhname,” “One Hit Away,” “Pop It Hard” and “Trapaline.” Quavo grouped the songs under the “Satchamo Warehouse” name. That phrase identifies the November release, but it has not been described as a separate album or a confirmed title for a larger project.
The songs have been introduced in the context of SATCHAMO, though Quavo has not confirmed that all four will appear on the final album. No final tracklist, featured artists or further album details have been announced.
The multi-track drop gives listeners several pieces of the new campaign at once. It also leaves room for the album to take shape through further announcements, without setting expectations around an unconfirmed tracklist or schedule.
Trailer features a tribute to Takeoff
The November 3 trailer combines Quavo’s album announcement with a brief tribute to Takeoff. It incorporates vocals recorded by Takeoff before his death and shows a rocket ship blasting into space, a reference to the rocket imagery associated with the late rapper’s career.
Quavo captioned the post: “Tell Em Satchamo Sent Ya! 🎺🚀♾️”. The trailer does not announce a release date or clarify how extensively Takeoff’s vocals will feature on SATCHAMO. Its use of archival audio and familiar imagery instead provides a concise acknowledgment of the connection between the two artists.
Takeoff and Quavo were relatives and collaborators in Migos, the Atlanta trio that also included Offset. Takeoff’s presence in the trailer connects the solo project to that shared history. The visual keeps its focus on the music and the tribute, without offering details about the circumstances of his death.
A new solo campaign after ‘QROMELIFE’
The rollout comes after Quavo’s most recent solo album, QROMELIFE, debuted at No. 103 on the Billboard 200 chart dated October 17, 2026. The album generated roughly 13,000 album-equivalent units in its opening week. That debut marked the lowest Billboard 200 entry of Quavo’s solo career.
For comparison, Rocket Power, his 2023 solo album, debuted at No. 18 on the Billboard 200. The difference provides context for the timing of the new campaign, but does not establish how SATCHAMO will perform or how its music will be received.
The four-song release and trailer are the first major public elements of the next solo project following QROMELIFE. At this stage, they introduce a new direction in Quavo’s album rollout, while leaving its complete sound and scope unknown.
The project has been teased since 2025
Quavo first teased SATCHAMO in 2025 with a freestyle. In October 2026, he confirmed that the album was coming and shared a whiteboard showing a 13-track plan.
The whiteboard offered a preview of the project’s potential size, but it has not been identified as a final tracklist. The four songs released in November may be part of the album, but their inclusion has not been officially confirmed. Quavo has also not announced a date for the project’s release.
The campaign has developed in stages: an early freestyle tease, an October confirmation and tracklist preview, followed by the trailer and four videos in November. These milestones establish that the album is in motion, but the release schedule and final details remain open.
Separate plans for Migos and Offset
Quavo’s solo rollout is taking place alongside plans for new music from his Migos collaborator Offset. The two have confirmed plans to reunite for a Migos album featuring Takeoff’s vocals. The project has reportedly been eyed for early 2027, but no specific date has been confirmed.
Offset is also preparing to release his solo album GMFU on November 13. That release is separate from both SATCHAMO and the planned Migos album. No official announcement has linked the projects as parts of one rollout.
The planned Migos album would bring Quavo and Offset together again under the group name, while the current campaign is focused on Quavo’s solo work. Takeoff’s vocals are relevant to both conversations, but the details of his contributions to either project have not been fully disclosed.
What is confirmed so far
As of November 5, the confirmed SATCHAMO rollout includes the November 3 trailer, the four tracks and videos released on November 4, Quavo’s October confirmation that the album was coming and the 13-track whiteboard preview. The trailer includes Takeoff’s previously recorded vocals and rocket imagery, while Quavo’s caption identifies the campaign as SATCHAMO.
A final tracklist, the status of the four new songs within the album, guest credits and a release date have not been confirmed. The album’s launch has begun, but further details will be needed to establish when SATCHAMO arrives and what the finished project contains.
