Muni Long, the most buzzed-about, streamed and sought-after independent artist in the R&B/hip-hop music landscape today, has partnered with Def Jam Recordings through her Supergiant Records label, it was announced today by Def Jam chairman & CEO Tunji Balogun, who personally oversaw the signing.

Co-managed by Rashad Tyler and Chris Anokute, Muni has taken the world by storm with her history-making platinum breakthrough smash “Hrs & Hrs” racking up over 150 million streams, peaking in the Top 5 at Apple Music, #17 on the Billboard Hot 100 and now sitting at #3 at Urban radio and hitting the Top 10 at Rhythm radio.

Before her stirring, striking, soulful signature style took the world by storm on “Hrs and Hrs,” Muni Long spent a decade as one of the best-kept behind-the-curtain secret weapons in the industry.
