Kyle The Hooligan Lets Fans Know “I Like What I Like”

There’s a new rapper on the scene making noise that continues to keep his mic wrapped around the industry’s neck. Please let me introduce to you the Atlanta rhymer by way of Brooklyn, Kyle The Hooligan. Staying consistent, he’s back with his new infectious banger, “I Like What I Like,” tapping Paris Bryant of Cinematic Music. Both artists hop on the track to boast about being ladies magnets and not having no shame in their game about it, respectfully!

Off rip, Kyle raps about the friends he’s lost, cutting off the leeches, and having a buffet of women at his leisure. Following up, Paris Bryant boasts about taking chicks from the next guy.

The Brooklyn-bred rapper heads back to his hometown with Paris Bryant for the official visuals. Additionally, viewers can spot references to other artist’s visuals including SZA and RAE Sremmurd. With the display of radios behind him, Kyle can be seen referencing SZA’s “CNTRL” at the start of the clip. The motivated lighting mimics natural light, making the radios behind him stand out — giving the scene a vintage feel.Keeping fans on their toes, some may also argue a link between the “I Like What I Like” hook and Rae Sremmurd’s “No Type.”

Along with Lil Uzi and his muse, the late Juice WRLD, Kyle The Hooligan is the next great EMO Rap artist. Emoji rap comes natural to him. As a result of him growing up listening to punk as one of his favorite genres. Influencing his musical sound today.
