Miami will become the center of entrepreneurial energy on November 14 and 15, 2025, as Pharrell Williams and Black Ambition return with the 5th Annual Black Ambition Demo Day, followed by the Black Ambition Founders Forum. The two day experience will take place at The Sacred Space Miami in the Wynwood district.
Supported by partners Visa, Louis Vuitton, Lennar Foundation, and Adidas, the event will unite innovators, investors, cultural icons, and top founders from across the country. It gives a stage to breakthrough talent that has often been overlooked or underfunded.
Pharrell summed up the mission clearly. “There is so much brilliance that never gets seen. So many ideas that could change the world if they just had a chance. We built Black Ambition to make sure talent does not stop at potential. It deserves to be seen, funded, and believed in.”
The Prize Fueling Change
This year’s Black Ambition Prize drew nearly 2,500 applications from entrepreneurs nationwide. Twenty five finalists will share more than $1 million in funding including:
• 5 HBCU Pre Accelerator winners receiving 20,000 dollars each
• 19 national finalists receiving 50,000 dollars each
• 1 top prize winner receiving 100,000 dollars
• A 25,000 dollar People’s Choice Award announced live on stage
Six standout founders will also showcase their companies and the disruptive ideas positioned to scale rapidly.
Black Ambition CEO Felecia Hatcher emphasized that access is the key to progress. “Five years proves that our impact is real, but the future demands more. More scale. More courage. More investment in founders who are rewriting what is possible.”
