J Cole Delivers A Fire Verse On 21 Savage’s “A Lot”

21 Savage dropped his long-awaited LP, I Am > I Was, which features a banging intro with Cole. In the DJ Dahi and J White produced track, Savage vents about life problems and the Dreamville rapper calls out the fake moves in the music industry. He also offers a prayer for 6ix9ine. The controversial rapper with the rainbow hair is currently in jail awaiting trial for his racketeering and weapons case, which is slated to begin in Sept. 2019. He’s facing life in prison if he is convicted.

“Pray for Tekashi, they want him to rot,” Cole raps. “I picture him inside a cell on a cot, ’Flectin’ on how he made it to the top/Wondering if it was worth it or not.”

21 Savage’s I Am > I Was also features guest appearances from Childish Gambino, Offset, Schoolboy Q, and more. The album is currently streaming on all music platforms. Listen to “A Lot” below.
